Who sees what, and who never does.
Access is scoped by role, not by how much someone pays. This separation is enforced in the platform's permissions, not just in our wording.

- Can see what information that organisation holds
- Never has contact details shared without choosing to respond
- Sees identifiable data only for its own programme or cohort
- Records outcomes for young people it supports
- Cannot browse every young person on the platform simply because it holds a licence
- Can only search young people who have enabled Be Found
- Can express interest, which the young person accepts or declines
- Cannot access programme, keyworker or safeguarding information
- Sees aggregate and anonymised insight
- Sees progression and confidence trends across an area
- Does not get a searchable database of identifiable young people
Contact details are hidden by default, organisations are reviewed before approval, and identifiable data never leaves the cohort it belongs to. Insights customers receive aggregate reporting only. Ask us for the data sharing agreement.
